Event 7 of the 2005 North Yorks Bike-O league consisting of 11 events with your best 6 scores counting.

VENUE	GR596891 Baxtons Farm, 3 miles north of Helmsley. Follow the signs to the Ebor White Rose weekend. (Parking is NOT at Duncombe Park)
COURSE	2 hour SCORE event (and a 60 minute option for novices) Normal kites with SportIdent electronic punching
TERRAIN	A variety of moorland tracks and private forest roads either side of a steep escarpment on the southern edge of the North York Moors
REGISTER	12:30 - 1:30
START	1:00 - 2:00
MAP	Overprinted 1-20,000 colour map (based on OS sheet OL26)
FEES	Seniors £8, Juniors/Students £4.50 Full TCA members deduct £2.00 for insurance Associate TCA members deduct £1.00 for insurance Ebor/CLOK members deduct 50p Own SI card deduct 50p (1 hr course - £3 per map/group + insurance)

Rules:

You must wear a helmet at all times
You can compete solo or in pairs
Pairs must remain together at all times and both have to punch SPORT IDENT cards
Please show courtesy to local residents and visitors.
At registration you will receive your SI card and description list
One minute before you start you will receive a pre-marked, bagged map
There are 30 controls worth 525 points
Results will be posted on the Ebor, Clok & TCA web pages

This is the final event of the White Rose Weekend so why not stay at the event campsite and go for a social ride or orienteer on sunday. It could be a good way to relax after a hard ride at malham on Saturday...
