Organiser's Report

I hope you enjoyed competing on Levisham Moor as much as I enjoyed planning the courses and hanging the controls. Unfortunately, if the archaeologists get their way it might be the last event we can hold on the area!
Congratulations to the winners and thanks to the control hangers and collectors as well as Janet Leake who checked all the cards and Roger Smith who looked after the finish.
The clash with the Junior Home Internationals was unfortunate. The committee will decide on an event in the autumn which can be used for the M/W 14/16 competition. I was disappointed with the number of entries. It is a very runnable area and the evening barbecue was very sociable. If you didn't compete please let the committee know why so that we can make it a bigger and better event next year.
