The event centre, parking and campsite will be at Lownorth Park (GR SE 947953). Lownorth Park is 10 miles NW of Scarborough.
The competition area includes complex and highly detailed hillsides, mixed Forestry Commission plantation, intricate open moorland and mature fast runnable beech forest. Some of the area was used for Day 2 of the JK in 1987 and has recently been extended to include an area not previously used for orienteering.
Pre-entry is strongly advised to guarantee a pre-marked map on your chosen course.
For the first time we are able to provide an Internet entry option for badge event entries and camping. If you wish to enter on-line (paying by credit or debit card, via secure server), please click here.
Alternatively, if you wish to enter by post or pre-enter for the relays, then please click here to download and print an entry form (.DOC format). Complete the form and send it with a cheque payable to Eborienteers.
Badge event "entries on the day" will use pre-marked maps so will be
limited by map/course availability.
Final details can be held at the event
centre for you. (Please request this facility at the time of entry).
