Best route to get all the controls:
14,24,21,19,8,25,16,22,15,20,23,9,6,3,1,30,4,5,2,29,11,28,10,26,27,17,13,22,7,18.
With hindsight, 60 minutes would be better as the control sites were almost all technical difficulty 5 even if they were all except one within 10 metres of a path or road! The best routes were also hard to find and even harder to follow. But it was only 5.6km using the order above. What a map!
Reading the control description before navigating to the circle is ALWAYS good technique.
