We intend to win the Junior Inter Regional Championships in 1999 so any extra offers of help with coaching will be gratefully received.
I am standing down as chief coach next summer after 6 years in charge so if you want to get involved please let me know.
All training sessions are open to any YHOA member who wants some technique training. Most weekends consist of 4 technique exercises and a fun race on Saturday followed by an event on Sunday when the juniors run 2 courses.
