Whistles compulsory. Cagoules advised and will be compulsory in the event of bad weather. Please dress appropriately for the time of year.

If you are hiring an e-card, please go to the e-card hire point first (£1 hire per card). Then go to the registration point.
People with their own e-card can go straight to the registration car. There are no allocated start times. Please go to the start when you are ready. You may have to queue at the start.
Please ensure that you punch the finish control. All competitors must download their e-card at assembly when they have finished, even if they have not completed their course
