The first time I've done the whole event and I was blown away by how well organised it all was. I've been to professional events that ran less smoothly.
One minor observation - camping fees. Six people in a big tent with a car is a bargain. One person in a small tent, possibly without a car, for the same cost, it's quite expensive.
